(3) All applications are subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
(4) Membership fees are valid for one year.
(5) Memberships will be renewed automatically at the beginning of each calendar year. Members who join the Chamber after January will also pay the full annual subscription fee upon application, but will receive credit for the portion unused in the next membership billing.
(6) For Corporate Memberships only: The Member's Representative of a Corporate Membership is entitled to vote. The Additional Representative(s) of the Corporate Membership are non-voting.
(7) For Corporate Memberships only: The Member's Representative and Additional Representative(s) may be replaced subject to the approval of the Chamber.
